摘　　要：本文阐述了城市土地可持续利用面临的一些挑战,结合桃源县实例分析及城市土地可持续利用评价结果分析,提出了整合土地资源,集约利用土地;制定土地利用规划,合理进行土地布局;注重生态保护,减少环境污染;优化土地利用结构,挖掘土地利用价值等促进桃源县城市边缘区域土地可持续利用的对策。This paper expounds the sustainable utilization of city land is facing some challenges, combined with the analysis and evaluation of sustainable utilization of city land in Taoyuan County case analysis, we propose to integrate land resources, intensive use of land; making land use planning, the reasonable layout of the land; focus on ecological protection, reduce environmental pollution; optimize land use structure, mining land use value other suggestions to promote the sustainable use of land in Ta0yuan County, the city edge region.
