摘　　要：高校辅导员作为大学生的人生导师和知心朋友牢牢掌握网络思想政治教育话语权,有利于引导大学生将社会主义核心价值观内化于心、外化于行,激发大学生为实现中国梦矢志奋斗的正能量。高校辅导员牢牢掌握网络思想政治教育话语权应以夯实"理论素养"为根本、以增强"媒介素养"为核心",应构建具有中国风格、中国特色、中国气派的网络思想政治教育话语体系。By controlling the online ideological and political education discourse, college advisors, as a mentor and friend, can more easily guide students to internalize the core socialist values and fulfill the values with actions and help them to maintain a store of positive energy in their aspiration to make the Chinese Dream come true. Colelge advisors must constantly increase their theoretical knowledge and improve their media literacy and strive to create an online ideological and political education discourse in typical Chinese style, with typical Chinese characteristics and Chinese spirit.
