摘　　要：当前大学生党员教育面临传统手段逐渐式微、教育阵地日趋多样、青年学生个性鲜明的时代挑战,存在教育主体"边缘化"、教育内容"高大上"、教育方式"单向度"等问题。高校应当坚持集中教育与碎片学习并举、传统手段与现代媒介相融、以生为本与提升实效结合的原则,树立主体性、双向性、实践性的理念,创新大学生党员"微"教育路径。Present--day education of college student Party members is challenged by the diversification of educational battle fields and the strong personalities of the students and the traditional means are gradually losing their appeal. The subject of education tends to be marginalized, the content of educa- tion tends to be high and empty and the educational mode tends to be one--dimensional. To solve these problems, colleges and universities should combine intensive education with fragmented learning and traditional means with modern media, see the bidirectional and practical nature of the education of student Party members, fully recognize students＇ subjectivity and their central position and make cre- ative use of the network.
