少数民族大学生党性认知与入党意愿现状分析——基于合肥市4所高校的调查

摘　　要：通过对合肥市4所高校少数民族大学生进行抽样调查,发现多数人有入党意愿,但真正提交入党申请书的却较少,入党动机复杂多样,对党的了解与认知颇为缺乏。究其原因,家庭教育和社会风气影响了学生的价值取向,同时高校基层党组织在履行应有的职能方面也有待改善等。必须加强少数民族大学生党的知识教育针对性,创新少数民族大学生入党动机教育途径与方法等。Sample surveys of ethnic minority students from 4 Hefei--based universities show that most ethnic minority college students wish to join the Party but few fill the application. Their motives vary, their knowledge about the Party is scarce, and their understanding of it far from deep. Family educa- tion and the social climate are partly responsible for the phenomenon because have influence on students＇ value orientation. Grass--roots Party organizations in colleges and universities also need to improve their performance to increase ethnic minority students＇ knowledge about the Party and to deepen their understanding of the true meaning of joining it.
