摘  要:聚丙烯纤维掺入混凝土后能够有效地抑制早期塑性裂缝,但对混凝土的塑性沉降裂缝的影响还未深入探究。为研究聚丙烯纤维对混凝土早期塑性沉降裂缝的影响,通过对纤维混凝土的早期塑性不均匀沉降试验,考察不同纤维掺量下,距钢筋不同位置各点的混凝土塑性沉降的特性,从而探究纤维对混凝土早期塑性沉降裂缝的影响。试验结果表明:混凝土的塑性沉降发展很快,试验开始后大约70min便会稳定下来,纤维的掺入并未很好地抑制混凝土的塑性沉降,反而加速了混凝土的塑性沉降速度以及加大了塑性沉降量,且钢筋处的塑性沉降差也增大了,恶化了混凝土的早期塑性沉降裂缝。Polypropylene fiber can effectively inhibit the early plastic cracks of concrete after mixing with concrete, but the influence of the fiber on the plastic settlement cracks of concrete is not yet explored in depth. In order to study the effect of polypropylene fiber on the early plastic settlement crack of concrete, the early plastic differential settlement test of fiber concrete was conducted to analyze the effect of different fiber content on the plastic settlement of fiber reinforced concrete at different distances from the steel bar. Then the influence of fiber on the plastic crack of concrete was discussed. The results show that the plastic settlement of concrete develops rapidly and will stabilize about 70 minutes after the start of the test. The plasticity of the concrete is not inhibited by the incorporation of the fiber, but the plastic settlement of the concrete is accelerated and the plastic settlement is increased. The plastic settlement difference of the reinforcement is also increased, which aggravates the early plastic settlement of the concrete crack.
