摘 要:介绍了石油焦掺烧方案的提出背景,讨论了石油焦与原料煤的混配流程与控制指标,分析了石油焦掺烧对后续工艺系统的要求及可能造成的影响,总结了采取的处理措施。石油焦掺烧后,装置的运行结果表明:高硫石油焦可以满足Shell气化炉的调整入炉煤灰分的要求,在灰分高且灰分含量波动较大的原料煤中,合理掺烧石油焦,可以很好地调整入炉煤灰分含量,确保Shell气化装置实现长周期、高负荷运行。The proposition background of petroleum coke blending combustion was introduced. The blending process and controlling parameter of petroleum coke and feed coal were discussed, and the requirement and possible effect of petroleum coke blending combustion on the downstream process were analyzed. And treatment measures were summarized. After the blending combustion, the unit operation showed that high-sulfur petroleum coke can meet the requirements of Shell gasifier for adjusting the ash content of feed coal. For the feed coal with high ash content and big fluctuation,reasonable blending combustion of petroleum coke can properly adjust the ash content of the feed coal and ensure long time and high capacity running of Shell gasifier.
