摘 要:介绍了目前MTO副产物C_4的利用现状,参考同类项目配套建设MTBE装置实际运行中的醇烯比、醚化反应温度、异丁烯转化率等指标变化,对产品中副反应产物的影响因素进行了分析,提出低异丁烯含量混合C_4生产MTBE操作时,应选择适当的控制条件:醇烯比(1.7~2.0)、醚化反应温度(35℃~40℃)、空速(3 h^(-1))、催化蒸馏塔压力(0.45 MPa^0.50 MPa),并严格控制原料中水含量和C_5组分含量等。In the paper,the present status of utilization for MTO's by-product C4 was introduced. By referring to the change of such parameters as methanol to olefin ratio,etherification reaction temperature and conversion of isobutene in the actual operation of MTBE plant of the similar project, the analysis was made for the impact of by-products. And finally the operating condition optimization suggestion for low content isobutylene mixed with C4 to produce MTBE was put forward: choose appropriate methanol to olefin ratio (1.7-2.0), lower etherification reaction temperature (35 ℃-40 ℃ ), space velocity (3 h^-1) and lower pressure, and strictly control water content and C5 content in the raw material.
