摘 要:通过一款空压机在磨合试验过程中出现的气缸内壁锈蚀现象,深入分析锈蚀产生的机理和原因。通过类比设计,综合提出了解决锈蚀问题的措施,后经试验验证,证明了解决措施的可行性和正确性。在此基础上,进一步提出了此类问题优化改进的建议和途径,不断归纳、总结类似的质量问题,为提高零部件的设计水平,尤其为空压机的优化设计工作提供了参考和方法,具有一定的借鉴意义。In this paper, aiming at the cylinder inner wall corrosion phenomenon occurred in an air compressor during the running in testing process, mechanism and causes of corrosion were analyzed in-depth. Based on analogy design, the measures to solve the problem of rust put forward integrated. After the test, the feasibility and correctness of the solution was proved. On this basis, suggestions and ways to improve these issues put forward, constantly summing up similar quality problems, in order to improve the design level of components and parts, especially to provide a reference and method for the optimization design of air compressor, which has certain reference significance.
