摘  要:论述了聚乙烯装置循环气压缩机22C470三级拉缸事件经过,分别从压缩机中修过程、压缩机配件、压缩机工艺原因3个方面对故障进行分析,找出了压缩机拉缸的根本原因,通过采取相关措施,快速完成了压缩机的检修和预防措施,最大限度的减少了车间经济损失,保证了压缩机长周期平稳运行。This paper discussed the third cylinder liner wear incident of the polyethylene plant 22C470 reciprocating compressor and analyzed the failure from three aspects of the process of repairing, compressor parts and the process. The root causing the compressor cylinder liner wear incident was found out. By taking relevant measures, the compressor maintenance and preventive measures were completed rapidly, which reduced economic losses in the maximum of the workshop and ensured the smooth operation of compression.
