摘 要:以稀土硝酸盐和NH_4HCO_3作为原料,采用共沉淀法合成用于制备Eu掺杂Lu_2O_3-Gd_2O_3固溶体透明陶瓷的一系列(Gd_(0.95-x)Lu_xEu_(0.05))_2O_3(x=0~0.95)纳米粉体,并利用XRD、SEM、TEM、BET和TMA手段对合成粉体的性能进行表征。结果表明,经800℃煅烧后的粉体均为立方相的(Gd_(0.95-x)Lu_xEu_(0.05))_2O_3,粉体颗粒细小,呈近球形,且颗粒尺寸分布较均匀。将合成的一系列纳米粉体压制成型,于1700℃真空烧结24 h得到了透明性良好的(Gd_(0.45)Lu_(0.5)Eu_(0.05))_2O_3和(Lu_(0.95)Eu_(0.05))_2O_3透明陶瓷,其在可见光区的最高直线透过率分别为53.5%和62.3%。在254nm激发下,透明陶瓷在612 nm处均呈现出很强的Eu^(3+)的红光发射。(Gd_(0.45)Lu_(0.5)Eu_(0.05))_2O_3透明陶瓷中由于存在Gd^(3+)向Eu^(3+)的有效地能量传递,其发光强度是(Lu_(0.95)Eu_(0.05))_2O_3透明陶瓷的1.7倍。A series of (Gd0.95-xLuxEu0.05)2O3 (x = 0-0.95 ) nano-powders for Eu^3+ -doped Lu203-Gd203 solid solution transparent ceramics were prepared by coprecipitation method, using lanthanide nitrates and NHaHCO3 as starting materials. The properties of the synthesized powders were tested by XRD, SEM, TEM, BET and TMA. The nano-powders were cubic (Gd0.95-xLuxEU0.05)2O3 phase after calcination at 800℃, and they have fine particle sizes, near-spherical morphology and narrow size distribution. Transparent ( Gdo. 45 LU0.5 EU0.05 ) 2O3 and ( Lu0. 95 Eu0. 05) 2O3 ceramics were fabricated by vacuum-sintering at 1700℃ for 24 h using the synthesized nano-powders with the in-line transmittances of 53.5% and 62. 3% in the visible light region, respectively. Upon 254 nm excitation, the bright red emission line of Eu^3+ ions at 612 nm was observed for the transparent ceramics, and the luminescent intensity of (Gd0.45 Lu0.5Eu0.05 )2 O3 ceramic is 1.7 times stronger than that of (Lu0.95 Eu0.05 )2 03 ceramic due to the energy transfer from Gd^3+ to Eu^3+.
