鄂尔多斯市原煤的煤质特性及工业适用性分析

摘　　要：通过对鄂尔多斯市辖区内煤矿的煤质普查,采取和制备了分布于鄂尔多斯市具有地区代表性的89个煤矿109个煤样,结合各地区煤炭的常规及微量元素指标、煤灰成分和锅炉燃煤与排渣相关指标分析对其煤质特性进行研究,并依据煤粉锅炉、煤气化等相关用煤技术条件标准,指出鄂尔多斯市原煤整体上具有低硫、低灰、低磷、低汞、低砷、低氯、中高发热量的煤质特性,其为优质的动力用煤与化工用煤。Based on the coal quality general survey of coal mines in Ordos region,109 coal samples from 89 coal mines generated from eight regions in Ordos city were taken and prepared,combining with the conventional indices,race element indices,coal ash composition indices,and relevant indices of coal-fired boiler and slagging in various regions,the coal quality characteristics were analyzed,based on the relevant coal technical standards of pulverized coal boiler and coal gasification,it is indicated that generally speaking,the raw coal from Ordos city has characteristics like low sulfur,low ash,low phosphorus,low mercury,low arsenic,low chlorine and medium-high calorific value,it is the high quality power coal and chemical engineering coal.
