摘 要:基于煤粉在松散状态和振实状态下具有不同的密度特征,松装密度、振实密度等表征指标比真相对密度、视相对密度、散密度更能科学地反映出煤粉的物理特征,对煤粉的粒度与粒度分布、煤粉细度对密度的影响、煤粉密度的比较、煤粉的振实密度和TRD的关系进行研究,并探讨煤粉密度测试的意义。研究表明,煤粉的松装密度、振实密度和煤粉粒度的关系明显,松装密度、振实密度均随着煤粉细度的增大而显著降低。在涉及煤粉的应用技术中,应加大煤粉的松装密度、振实密度的应用,并将其作为常规检测项目。Because that the pulverized coal has different density characteristics at loose condition and tap condition,indicators like loose density and tap density could reflect the physical characteristics of the pulverized coal better,compared with the true relative density and apparent relative density and bulk density,aspects such as the pulverized coal particle size and particle size distribution,how the fineness affected the pulverized coal,the pulverized coal density comparison research,the relationship of the tap density and TRD,were researched,as well as the meaning of pulverized coal density test.The research showed that,the relationship among the loose density,tap density and pulverized coal particle size was obvious,the loose density and tap density were both reduced dramatically along with the increase of the fineness.In the technology about the pulverized coal,the application of loose density,tap density should be increased,and they should become the common test items.
