锅炉回燃室前管板高温氧化事故探究

摘　　要：结合一起燃气锅炉回燃室管板高温氧化事故的处理过程,分析了该锅炉金属材料发生高温氧化的原因。结果表明,该事故锅炉前管板发生高温氧化与锅炉结构、水处理方式、运行管理3个方面有直接关系,提出了类似锅炉在运行中应注意的问题,给相关检验工作提供了参考依据。By dealing with a high temperature oxidation accident of front tube plate of circle burn room in gas fired boiler,the reasons were analyzed. The results showed that the directly causes of the high temperature oxidation of the tube plate were boiler structure,water treatment method and operation management. The attentions for similar boiler working were presented,which provide reference to inspection.
