摘  要:以木质成型燃料及其半焦副产物为对象,通过傅里叶红外光谱仪和热重分析仪对不同掺混比下木质成型燃料及其半焦共燃过程中的协同特性展开研究。实验结果表明:木质颗粒主要为含氧官能团,主要包括烷基、醚、芳香族、酮和醇等有机物(OH,C=O,C-O-C,C-O-(H)),半焦主要以环烷烃、脂肪族和芳香族有机物为主(-CH_2、-CH_3、-CH、-C=C-);随着半焦掺混比例的增大,五种试样的TG曲线逐渐滞后,DTG曲线表现为两个明显的反应峰,两个反应峰的反应速率随着半焦的掺混比例增大而减小;在相同温度下,三种不同掺混比例下混合燃料的实际碳转化率均高于其计算碳转化率,木质颗粒和半焦掺混后共燃过程中存在相互作用。The research objects are the wood pellets and its semi - char, the fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and thermo gravimetric analysis were used to research synergy effect in co -com- bustion of the mixed powder of different mixing ratio, the Wood pellet was contained the oxygenic func- tional groups, alkyl, ether, aromatics, ketones, alcohols and so on ( OH, C = O, C - O - C, C - O - (h) ), the semi - char was contained the oxygenic functional groups, ycloalkanes aliphatic and aromatic ( - CH2 , - CH3 , - CH, - C = C - ). With increasing mixing ratio of semi - char the TG curves gradu- ally lag, DTG curves show two distinct reaction peak ,the reaction peak is gradually reduced with the in- crease of mixing ratio, At the same temperature, mixed fuel at three different mixing ratio actual carbon conversion rates are higher than their calculation of carbon conversion, After mixing wood particles andchar have interaction in co -combustion.
