摘  要:为定量计算WGGH系统回收烟气低品位热量的节能效果,并分析其对汽轮机排挤抽汽等效热降的最大化问题,针对带有疏水冷却器回热系统的特点,对传统等效热降表达式进行了修正,并使用效能-传热单元数法计算WGGH系统凝水加热器的换热量,与修正后的等效热降公式结合建立了WGGH系统排挤抽汽的等效热降表达式,利用该表达式可以计算出当机组工况为100%THA和75%THA时,最佳凝水分流系数分别为0.10和0.12,可以降低机组发电煤耗0.49 g/k Wh和0.38 g/k Wh。结论表明WGGH系统节能效果存在最优化问题,利用该研究方法可以有效地计算最佳的凝水分流系数。In order to calculate the energy saving effect of WGGH system in recycling the low grade heat of flue gas, and analyze the maximum steam extraction exclusion with the equivalent hear drop method, this essay makes a correction to the traditional equivalent heat drop method, based on the use of the back heating system with a hydrophobic cooler and heat transfer unit efficiency - number method is applied to calculate the heat transfer of WGGH system. Combined with the modified equivalent heat drop formula, the equivalent heat drop expression of WGGH steam extraction exclusion is established. Under 100% THA and 75% THA, according to the expression, the coal consumption can be reduced by 0.49 g/kWh and 0.38 g/kWh with the condensate water diversion coefficient 0.10 and 0. 12 correspondently. The re- sult shows that the energy saving effect of WGGH system can be optimized, and the optimal condensate water distribution coefficient can be calculated through the method.
