摘 要:在不间断电源、新能源发电等应用场合中,高增益DC/DC变换器得到了广泛应用。基于两相传统交错并联Boost变换器,提出了一种新型非隔离型高增益DC/DC变换器。所提变换器具有低输入电流纹波、两相电感电流自动均流、开关和二极管电压应力低、升压能力高等特点,适用于输入输出电压比大且无需电气隔离的应用场合。本文首先对所提电路的工作原理进行了具体分析,然后理论推导其主要性能特点,最后通过一台功率为400W的实验样机验证了前述分析的正确性。High step-up DC/DC converters are widely used in uninterruptible power system, new energy power generation and other industrial applications. Based on two-phase traditional interleaved boost con- verter, a non-isolated high step-up DC/DC converter is proposed, which has advantages of lower input current ripple, automatic current sharing, lower voltage stress of switch devices, and larger input and output gain ratio. It is suitable for the applications as input and output gain ratio is very high and no elec- trical isolation is required. Firstly, the operating principles were discussed in detail, and then the main performance characteristics of the converter were deduced. Finally, experimental results from a 400 W prototype were given to validate the correctness of theoretical analysis.
