摘 要:以某线路板厂络合铜废水为研究对象,采用硫酸亚铁法进行破络除铜,考察硫酸亚铁投加量、废水pH值和反应时间对Cu^(2+)去除效果的影响。结果表明,调节废水p H值为3.0,硫酸亚铁投加量为20.1 g/L,搅拌反应15 min,Cu^(2+)去除效果最佳。采取先中和后加硫酸亚铁,Cu^(2+)的去除率达到99.7%,出水Cu^(2+)质量浓度为0.25 mg/L,满足GB 21900—2008《电镀污染物排放标准》的要求。利用废碱水或者显影液为碱液,不但能代替氢氧化钠和减少硫酸亚铁的用量,还能达到废物利用,以废治废的目的。Taking wastewater with copper in complex state as the research object, ferrous sulfate was used to break complexation and remove copper, the influence of pH value and reaction time on Cu^2+removal was in-vestigated. The result showed that, the optimal removal effect on Cu^2+was obtained when the wastewater pH value was 3.0, the ferrous sulfate dosage was 20.1 g/L, and the stirring time was 15 min. Dosing ferrous sulfate after neutralization, the removal rate of Cu^2+reached 99.7%, the mass concentration of Cu^2+in effluent water was 0.25 mg/L, which met the requirement of GB 21900—2008 Discharge Standard for Pollutants from Electroplating. Us-ing waste alkaline water or developing liquid as lye could not only replace sodium hydroxide and reduce ferrous sulfate consumption, but also achieve the goal of waste utilization and using wastes to treat wastes.
