摘  要:针对制碱废水水质复杂、含盐量高的特点,某制碱厂设计采用预处理-超滤-反渗透的回用处理工艺,对反渗透浓水采用管式超滤-反渗透的处理工艺,最后采用DTRO-蒸发工艺对二次浓水进行零排放处理。出水达到回用水质要求,回用作循环冷却水系统补充水。着重阐述了管式超滤系统、DTRO系统工艺流程、设计参数,为该工艺在浓盐水处理工程的应用提供参考。As wastewater from soda plant is characterized by complex components and high salinity, a soda plant adopted a combined process of pretreatment-ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis to treat the said kind of wastew-ater, used tubular ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis to treat reverse osmosis concentrated water, and treated concen-trated water from second grade reverse osmosis by DTRO-evaporation so as to realize wastewater zero discharge. The effluent water met the quality requirement of reuse water, which could be used as make-up water of circulat-ing cooling water system. The process flow and design parameters of tubular ultrafiltration system and DTRO sys-tem were emphatically elaborated, which provided reference for those projects adopting the said process to treat strong brine.
