中国草食畜牧业标准化规模养殖经济效益影响因素研究——基于微观调研数据的实证分析

摘　　要：根据2016年我国西部四省农牧户微观调研数据,构建多元线性回归模型,以绒毛用羊产业为基础,量化分析中国草食畜牧业标准化规模养殖效益影响因素。结果表明,产出水平、市场价格、生产要素投入、技术推广及政策扶持、养殖规模、农牧户个人及家庭特征对农牧户标准化规模养殖经济效益具有重要影响。羊毛产量、产品畜活重、产品畜比例、羊毛价格、产品畜均价对经济效益正向影响显著;饲草料成本、固定资产投入、土地成本、死亡损失费对经济效益负向影响显著;畜牧养殖机械购置补贴政策、是否加入合作社及养殖规模对经济效益正向影响显著,禁牧补贴政策负向影响显著。此外,养殖技术使用及培训、种公羊补贴、草畜平衡补贴、棚圈建设补贴、养殖保险保费补贴、农牧户养殖时长、受教育程度、家庭劳动力等影响虽不显著,但有助于全面分析制约我国草食畜牧业发展影响因素。根据研究结论,在品种改良、饲草料供应、扶持政策及技术服务方面提出相应对策,以提高标准化规模养殖经济效益。By using the micro-survey data of farmers in four western provinces in 2016, the influencing factors of economic benefit by MLRM （multiple linear regression model） was analyzed. The results indicated that the output, price, production factors input, technology transfer, policy support, characteristics of person and family and breeding scale had important effects on the economic benefit. Wool production, live-weight, commodity rate, price of wool and livestock products had significant positive impact on economic benefit, the same to machinery subsidy policy and whether in cooperative. Forage grass, fixed assets, land and disease or natural disasters had significant negative impact, the same to grazing prohibition subsidy. In addition, some factors such as breeding technology, stud ram subsidy, forage-livestock balance subsidy, sheepfold construction subsidy, agricultural insurance premium subsidy, breeding length, education and labor had little influence, but this helped to comprehensively analysis the influence factors. According to the results, the countermeasures such as breed improvement, forage grass supply, supporting policies and technical services were put forward in order to improve the economic benefit of the standardized scale breeding.
