摘  要:【目的】为了解引种的彩叶树种在北京地区的适应性,检测其光合生理特性,为彩叶树种在北京园林绿化中的应用提供指导。【方法】采用Licor-6400便携式光合速率测定仪,对北京市黄垡苗圃引种的国王枫、金叶红瑞木、密枝红叶李、紫叶锦带、金叶复叶槭、金叶银槭等6种彩叶树种的光合生理指标进行测定。【结果】结果表明:金叶复叶槭的净光合速率日变化曲线呈单峰型,国王枫、金叶红瑞木、密枝红叶李、紫叶锦带、金叶银槭等5种彩叶树种的净光合速率日变化规律均呈双峰型曲线,且"午休"现象明显。6种彩叶树种蒸腾速率由高到低依次为密枝红叶李、金叶复叶槭、紫叶锦带、国王枫、金叶红瑞木和金叶银槭。6种彩叶树种光补偿点均较低,具有较强的耐阴性,金叶红瑞木和紫叶锦带的光饱和点相对较高,较为喜光,而国王枫的光饱和点最低,利用强光的能力较弱。【结论】6种彩叶树种在北京生长适应性良好,在实际栽培应用中,应充分考虑彩叶树种的光合特性,根据耐阴性和生长速度等选择合适的栽培地点并进行科学合理的配置,充分发挥其生态价值和观赏价值。In order to understand the adaptability and provide guidance for the application of colored-leaf trees in the landscape of Beijing area, the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of six introduced colored-leaf trees were investigated.. The Licor- 6400 portable photosynthesis system was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics in leaves of Acer platanoictes, Szvide alba Opiz 'Aurea', Prunus cerasifera var. atropurpurea 'Russia', Weigela florida 'Foliia purpureis', Acer negundo 'Au- rea', and A. negundo 'Variegatum' in Beijing Huangfa nursery. The results showed that the curve of net photosynthetic rate of Acer negundo ' Aurea ' had one peak, the A. platanoictes , S. alba Opiz 'Aurea',P. cerasi f era var. atropurpurea 'Rus- sia' ,W. florida 'Foliia purpureis' , A. negundo 'Variegatum' all showed "midday depression". The transpiration rates of six colored-leaf trees from high to low were in the following order: P. cerasifer avar. atropurpurea 'Russia', W. florida ' Foliia purpureis' ,A. platanoictes, S. alba Opiz 'Aurea', and A. negundo ' Variegatum'. The light compensation points of six col- ored-leaf trees trees were low, indicating that they are shade tolerant. Whereas the light saturation points of S. alba Opiz 'Au- rea' and W. florida ' Foliia purpureis' were relatively high, and the light saturation point of A. platanoictes was the lowest. The six kinds of tree species had a good adaptability in Beijing area,we should take full account of the photosynthetic character- istics of colored-leaf trees in the application of cultivation, choose suitable locations and have a rational allocation according tothe shade tolerance and growth rates, to make full use of the ecological and ornamental value.
