摘 要:当今时代,手机、平板电脑等移动媒体终端已成为个人不可或缺的必备品,在某种意义上,移动媒体已成为空气、水一样的"环境"。在移动媒体环境下,高校舆论引导能力遭遇来自舆论主体、客体、载体的多重冲击与挑战,正不断趋于弱化。为改变舆论引导弱化的局面,文章多维度解析了舆论引导能力,将舆论引导能力分解为三类九项。高校舆论引导能力的提升途径就是一方面提升舆论引导的单项能力,另一方面建立协同机制,促进舆论引导能力的综合提升。Nowadays, the mobile phones, the tablet PCs and other mobile media have become an indispensable part of the necessary products. To some extent, the mobile media have become an "environment" just like air and water. In the mobile media environment, the university public opinion guidance ability has to face with the chal- lenges from the subject, the object and the carrier of the public opinion and this ability is weakening now. In order to change the situation of the public opinion guidance, this paper decomposes the public opinion guidance ability, and divides the ability into three categories and nine items. The way to enhance the university public opinion guid- ance ability is to enhance the individual ability of the public opinion guidance and also establish a cooperative mechanism, in order to promote the comprehensive ability of the public opinion guidance.
