摘　　要：工程专业生产实习教育环节的产出成果是学生对工程实践的认识。市场化就业环境下,以就业导向机制为核心重新设计生产实习模式,开放和鼓励学生自主联系实习单位,解决了环境工程领域实习单位容量小的问题,激励了实习单位、学生和指导教师的积极性,实现了实习岗位的个性化安排。过程中,现代化即时交互工具极大地提升了指导效率,短期人身保险服务解决了实习过程中参与各方的后顾之忧,为顺利实施个性化实习提供了技术保障。The output of the production-practice-education cycle is knowing about engineering practice. In thecontext of marketization, the redesigning of production-practice modes with employment-oriented mechanism as the core has been open for students and encouraged them to contact places for their practice, thus settling the problem of the small capacity of the field of environmental engineering, inspiring the units for practice, the students and their instructors, and realizing the individualistic arrangements for practice posts. During the process, modern interactive communication tools greatly enhanced the supervise efficiency, the short term insurance provided sufficient protection to the risk of the activity, and made the whole process finish successfully.
