基于大数据时代分析高校学生管理模式的创新

摘　　要：在互联网络广泛普及的计算机技术时代,种类繁多的巨大信息数据体系,将人们不经意地带入了大数据时代。根据对虚拟数据的认知的改变,高校管理模式从新的层面产生了另一种不同的建设模式。总结以往对高校学生的管理模式的不足和难点,以大数据时代为前提做出更有针对性的管理模式,分析社团这一组织形式对于高校学生管理的积极意义,探索有效的、实质性更强的高校学生管理模式。In the era of computer technology widely used in the Internet, a wide range of huge information data system has subconsciously brought people into the era of big data. According to the change of the cognition of the virtual data, the management mode of the university has created a different construction mode from the new level. This paper sums up the previous college students management model in terms of the deficiencies and difficulties, to make more targeted management model analysis with the era of big data as a precondition. It also deals with the pos- itive significance of this form of organization to the management of college students, and explores the effective, more substantial management model of college students.
