摘　　要：高校思政教育工作要立足于围绕学生、关爱学生、服务学生为中心的布局展开,以稳定为前提,守好安全底线,全面提升学生工作质量为目标,依托书院、网络平台、教育教学平台等载体,认真贯彻落实全国高校思政工作会议精神,抓住校风、学风、班风、考风建设这条主线,努力提升学工队伍水平,突出学工队伍教育特色,积极开展职业文化节和职业技能大赛等活动,不断开创具有职业技术学院特色的学生工作格局。College ideological education work should be based on the students, care for students, service to the students. With the stability and security as the premise and students＂ quality improvement as the goal, it is argued that the ideological education work in universities is supposed to rely on the academy, network platform, and educa- tion and teaching platform, implement the spirit of national work conference of college ideological instruction, follow the path of university discipline, learning discipline and class discipline, to enhance the level of student work team and highlight the characteristics of education student worker team, actively carry out vocational culture festival and vocational skills contest and other activities, constantly create pioneering work pattern with characteristic of vocational college.
