分析团体沙盘游戏在大学生职业生涯规划中的应用

摘　　要：在大学生就业压力逐渐增大的情况下,很多学校加强了对大学生职业生涯规划的重视,我校近年来也将职业生涯规划课程列为学生的必选课,但是职业生涯规划课程采用的是大班教学的方式,受师资力量的限制,缺乏一对一的针对性指导,制约了大学生职业生涯规划课程效果。为了提升大学生职业生涯规划效果,高校应该尝试在大学生职业生涯规划中渗透团体沙盘游戏。沙盘游戏作为一种技术,在心理分析和心理治疗方面发挥了重要的作用,有助于大学生心理健康发展。文章结合大学生职业生涯规划和团体沙盘游戏内涵,分析沙盘游戏应用在大学生职业生涯规划的可能性,并以实证分析如何将团体沙盘游戏应用到大学生职业生涯规划中。In the case of increasing employment pressure of college students, many schools have emphasized the importance of career planning for college students. In recent years, our school has also listed career planning courses as students＂ compulsory courses. However, the career planning course adopts the way of teaching in large classes, by the limitations of teachers, the lack of one-to-one targeted guidance, restricting the effect of college students career planning courses. In order to improve the effect of college students career planning, colleges and universities should try to penetrate the group sandwich game in the career planning of college students. Sand table game, as a technolo- gy, has played an important role in psychological analysis and psychological treatment, helping students develop their mental health. This paper analyzes the possibility of sand table game application in the career planning of college students, and analyzes how to apply the group sand table game to the career planning of college students in combi- nation with the career planning of college students and the connotation of group sand table.
