摘 要:提出一种基于潮流转移比的动态断面控制方法,通过辨识关键支路及其强相关支路的组合,构成不封闭的非割集输电断面,并基于潮流转移比推导出跟随运行方式变化的动态输电断面极限,最后辨识敏感机组实现断面快速控制。该方法综合考虑运行方式改变、负荷波动及切机切负荷等因素的影响,提高了断面控制的精确性。某大型省级电网的实际算例验证了该方法的有效性和对大型交直流混联电网的适应性。A dynamic control method of transmission sections based on power flow transfer ratio is proposed in this paper. The key transmission lines and their strong correlation branches are identified to compose the transmission seclion which may not be a cut-set of the power grid. Then, the limit power of transmission section is derived from the power flow transfer ratio, which can adapt well to the changes of operation mode. The load fluctuation and off-load measures are also considered in the model. At last, the sensitive generators are identified to fast control the power flow of the transmission sections. The variation of operation modes and loads,as well as the generation and load shedding are comprehensively considered in the method,which realizes more precise control of transmission sections. The analysis results of certain provincial power system verify the adaptability of proposed method to large AC/ DC hybrid transmission system.
