摘　　要：文章以全产业为论域,探讨超额剩余价值的静态分布规律和动态演化过程,并且由此对马克思转型理论进行补充研究,从而进一步证明其正确性和对转型过程解释的唯一性。The paper takes the whole industry as a domain and discusses the static distribution law and dynamic evolution process of the excess surplus value. Based on the discussion, the paper makes a complementary study of the Marxist transformation theory and further proves its correctness and its uniqueness in explaining the transformation process.
