痔病辨证辨体质治疗与护理研究现状

摘　　要：综述痔病辩证辨体质治疗与护理研究现状,认为将辨证、辨病与辨体三者结合,可以更准确地把握痔病病人的疾病信息,尤其是从体质角度诊察疾病,可以在病因、病位、病性、邪正关系等复杂事物中找出共性,执简驭繁,更适合指导临床施护,但是,目前尚未能有效开展体质护理,如能在病人入院护理评估单上设计体质评估内容,使护士在第一时间能了解病人的体质状况并进行体质干预,将有利于促进痔病的康复、预防痔病的复发、巩固痔病治疗的远期疗效。It reviewed the research status quo of dialectical treatment and nursing of patients with hemorrhoids. The combination of syndrome differentiation, disease differentiation and differentiation could help to more accu- rately grasp the hemorrhoids patient＇s disease diagnostic information, especially from the physical perspective.It could find out the common etiology,disease,evil relationship of complexity,form and magnitude,and was more suitable for clinical application support. However, at present, it still failed to effectively carry out health care.If it could evaluate the design content of single physical evaluation in patient care, the nurses could understand the patient＇s physical condition and physical intervention in the first time, that would be conducive to promoting the rehabilitation and prevention of hemorrhoids recurrence,consolidate the long- term effect of hemorrhoids treatment.
