摘 要:为揭示尾矿酸化本质及其对尾矿砂抗剪强度的影响,开展了动态浸渍试验.从湖南省某铅锌矿采取了尾矿砂试样,采取加入双氧水的方式促使尾矿砂中的硫化物(主要为黄铁矿)发生氧化产酸.在浸泡试验的基础上开展了MLA(矿物解离分析仪)矿物成分分析、颗粒分析、抗剪强度等一系列实验.试验结果表明:尾矿矿物成分中随着黄铁矿氧化程度的增加,黄铁矿含量减少、碱性物质(方解石、白云母)减少、砂粒(粗粒)含量减少、粉粒(细粒)含量增加、粘聚力C增大、摩察角φ减小、尾矿砂土抗剪强度降低.In order to reveal the effect of tailing acidification and its effect on the shear strength of tailings, the soaking test was carried out. The tailings sand samples were taken from a lead-zinc mine in Hunan Province, and the addition of hydrogen peroxide was used to promote the oxidation of sulfide ( mainly pyrite) in tailings and produce acid.On the ba- sis of the soaking test, a series of experiments on MLA( mineral liberation analyser)mineral composition analysis, particle analysis and shear strength were carried out.The resuhs show that the content of pyrite decreased with the increase of the oxidation degree of pyrite, the content of alkaline substance (calcite and muscovite) decreased, the content of sand ( coarse grain) decreased, the content of fine particle increased, the cohesion increased, the friction angle decreased, and the shear strength of tailing sand decreased.
