摘  要:由于使用功能和条件的特殊性,校园建筑和单一的办公建筑及教育建筑相比,其能耗特征往往存在较大差异。通过采用正交模拟实验方法,对办公室和教室等类型校园建筑进行了研究,发现设备散热、人员密度和照明散热为办公室空调负荷的主要影响因素,人员密度和新风指标为教室空调负荷的主要影响因素,应作为相应的节能运行管理重点,并在此基础上提出了节能改善措施。Because of the special functions and conditions for campus buildings, its energy consumption characteristics tends to have bigger difference compared to single office building and educational building. By the method of orthogonal simulation test, the campus buildings are studied, such as office and classroom. It is found that heat dissipation of equipment, personnel density of office and heat dissipation of lighting are the main influence factors of air conditioning load for office, personnel density of classroom and new air index are the main influence factors of air conditioning load for classroom, which should be taken as the key to energy efficiency operation management. On the basis, energy efficiency improving measures are put forward.
