摘 要:冰蓄冷是移峰填谷,平衡电网负荷的重要技术。从冰蓄冷系统优化控制出发,分析了目前常用的三种控制策略即冷机优先,蓄冰优先和优化控制在实际工程应用中的优缺。结合了机组优先控制策略和冷水机组逐台启动策略的优点,提出了一种新的优化控制策略;并以一实际工程为例,分析了在不同负荷下具体运行策略。运用静态经济分析法对冰蓄冷系统和常规空调系统进行经济分析,论证了该冰蓄冷系统具有良好的经济性。Ice storage is an important technology of peak clipping and channel filling and grid load balancing. This paper started with optimization control to ice storage air-conditioning system, then analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the current three common control strategies that was cold priority, ice priority and optimization control in practical application. This paper banded merit of two kinds of control strategies that was cold priority and one by one chiller starting, put a new optimization control strategy; Analyzed the hourly operational strategy under the different cooling load based on an example project. Economic analysis was made for the ice storage air-conditioning system and the conventional air conditioning system by using static economy method. Economic effectiveness of the ice storage air-conditioning system an was demonstrated.
