摘  要:为妥善处理生物能源产业化发展与生态灌区建设关系,出色地完成我国节能减排、实现可持续发展重要战略任务,在阐述中国生物能资源潜力、生物能产业化发展必要性、产业化技术和产业化前景基础上,全面而深入地分析了生物能源产业化发展与生态灌区建设关系。生物能源产业化是生态灌区健康发展不可分割的一部分,是生态灌区建设重要而必须的内容之一;生态灌区建设是生物能源产业化发展强大后盾,生态灌区建设为生物能源产业化发展提供了原料安全保障和增强经济竞争力、巨大消费市场和完善的生物能源市场。有助规划者和决策者对生物能源产业化发展与生态灌区建设有全面科学的认识,进一步推进生物能源产业健康发展与生态灌区建设全面进步。In order to handle relation of bio-energy industrialization development and eco-irrigation area construction and complete strategy task of energy saving and emission reducing and sustainable development best,relation of bio-energy industrialization development and eco-irrigation area construction was analyzed deeply and across-the-board based on stating bio-energy resource potential,necessity of bio-energy industrialization,bio-energy industrialization technology and bio-energy industrialization development potential. The bio-energy industrialization is the indiscerptible section of eco-irrigation area health development and one of the most eco-irrigation area significant construction contents. The eco-irrigation area construction is powerful supporter of bio-energy industrialization development. The eco-irrigation area construction strengthens economic competitive strength and provides safety guarantee of raw material,immense consumption market and perfect bio-energy trade market for bio-energy industrialization development. It is science reference for decision makers to deal with relation of bio-energy industrialization development and eco-irrigation area construction and impels bio-energy industrialization and eco-irrigation area construction integrated development.
