摘　　要：简介橡胶密炼机的结构和工作原理,概述本伯里密炼机、GK型密炼机和K型密炼机在国内外的发展情况,阐述密炼机主机的转子、密炼室、压砣和卸料门和主机控制系统,上辅机的小粉料自动称量装置、机械手抓取装置、自动切刀、混炼胶称量和输送装置,以及下辅机的开炼机串联和挤出机的技术进展。国产密炼机转子的结构和材质、上辅机的自动称量装置和自动切刀、下辅机的联动冷却胶片装置等技术已接近国际先进水平,但压砣压力稳定性、整机密封性能和胶片厚度均匀性等仍有待提高。This paper introduces the structure and working principle of rubber mixer, summarizes the development of Banbury mixer, GK type mixer and K type mixer at home and abroad, and presents the technology progress of main equipment including rotors, mixing chamber, ram, unloading door and control system, upstream equipment including automatic weighing device for small powders, robotic gripping device, automatic cutter, weighing and conveying devices for compound, and downstream equipment including mill and extruder. The structure and material of the rotors of the domestic mixer, automatic weighing device and automatic cutter and rubber sheet cooling device are close to the international advanced levels. But the pressure stability, sealing performance and the thickness uniformity of rubber sheet need improvement.
