摘 要:目的调查并分析吉林省2015年高校入学新生的麻疹抗体水平。方法采用分层整群的抽样方法,在吉林省高校随机抽取2015年秋季入学新生1 902人,ELISA法检测新生的麻疹IgG抗体水平,记录性别、年龄、户籍、地区等基本资料。结果 1 902名监测对象中,麻疹抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)为592.517 mIU/ml;总阳性人数为1 735人,总阳性率为91.2%;总抗体保护人数为690人,总保护率为36.3%。农村户籍学生的麻疹抗体水平、阳性率及保护率明显高于城市(P<0.05);省内外、不同性别及不同年龄段学生麻疹抗体GMC的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);省内不同地区间麻疹抗体水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吉林省2015年高校入学新生麻疹抗体保护率总体偏低,应开展对高校学生麻疹疫苗的补充免疫活动(supplementary immunization activities,SIA),以提高高校学生应对麻疹的免疫能力。Objective To investigate the measles antibody level in new college students in Jilin Province, China in 2015.Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used in this study. A total of 1 902 new college students were selected, of whom the serum samples were collected and determined for IgG antibody level against measles by ELISA. Basic information such as gender, age, region and census registers of the students was recorded. Results The geometric mean concentration(GMC) of measles antibody in 1 902 students was 592. 517 mIU/ml. Of the students, 1 735 were positive for measles antibody, indicating a positive rate of 91. 2%. The GMCs of antibody in 690 students reached the protective level,indicating a protective rate of 36. 3%. The measles antibody level, positive rate and protective rate of students from rural area were significantly higher than those from urban area(P〈0. 05). The GMCs showed no significant difference in the students from Jilin Province and from other provinces, of both genders and at various ages(each P〉0. 05), while showed significant difference in the students from various regions in Jilin Province(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The protective rate against measles was relatively low in the new college students in Jilin province in 2105. Supplementray immunization activities(SIA)should be carried out in this population to increase the immunity to measles.
