溃愈汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对血清免疫球蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：为探讨溃愈汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎（湿热内蕴型）的临床疗效及对患者血清免疫球蛋白表达的影响，本研究将60例溃疡性结肠炎（湿热内蕴型）患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例，观察组采用溃愈汤水煎液口服治疗，对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶片口服治疗。对比观察2组患者治疗效果及治疗前、后血清免疫球蛋白表达水平。结果显示，观察组总有效率（90．00％，27／30）明显高于对照组（76．67％，23／30），差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。与治疗前相比。2组治疗后血清IgM、IgG含量均有不同程度的降低，P〈0．05；其中观察组血清IgG含量降低程度更明显，P〈0．05。结果表明，与单纯柳氮磺吡啶片口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎（湿热内蕴型）相比，溃愈汤治疗效果更显著，其症状、体征的缓解可能与免疫功能调节相关。In order to explore the clinical curative effect of Kuiyu decoction（a Chinese medicine decoction） for ulcerative colitis （UC） and its influcnce on the serum immunoglobulin expression of patients with UC, authors randomly divided 60 patients with UC （Endoretention of damp-heat type） into observation group and control one, 30 cases for each. The observation group adopted Kuiyu decoction for oral treatment, while the control group used sulfasalazine tablets for oral treatment. The effect of treatment and the ex- pression level of serum immunoglobulin before and after treatment of both groups were observed and com- pared.As results,the total effective rate （90.00% ,27%） of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （76.67% ,23/30）, there was statistical significance in difference （ P〈0.05）.Corn pared with before treatment, serum IgM and IgG levels were decreased in both groups in different degree after treatment （ P 〈0.05） ;the IgG decreased more significantly in the observation group（ P 〈0.05）.The results show that the Kuiyu decoction for treating UC has more significant effect comparing with sul fasalazine tablet oral treatment alone for UC （Endoretention of damp-heat type）,what＇s more, the allevia- tion of symptoms and signs may be related to the the regulation of immune function.
