自制引流装置在痔术后出血中的应用价值

摘　　要：为探讨自制引流装置在痔术后出血中的应用价值，本研究将30例痔术后出血的患者随机分成A、B、C3组，各10例，A组在局部止血处理中应用自制肛管引流管接引流袋装置（自制引流装置）填塞肛管；B组应用稀碘伏及凡士林纱布包裹肛管引流管填塞肛管；C组仅应用稀碘伏及凡士林纱布填塞肛管。对比观察3组患者术后腹胀、敷料渗血、术后再出血情况及满意度。结果显示，A、B组术后腹胀程度均轻于C组（P〈0．05），A组与B组比较，A组更轻（P〈0．05）；A、B、C3组术后肛门部敷料渗血情况均有明显差异（P〈0．05），A组敷料渗血最少，B组敷料渗血最多；术后再出血方面，A、B组均优于C组（P〈0．05），A、B2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；术后满意度调查A组优于B、C组（P〈0．05），B、C2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，痔术后出血进行局部止血处理中，应用自制引流装置填塞肛管有利于减轻患者术后腹胀、敷料渗血情况，提高患者满意度。In order to explore the application value of self-designed drainage device for postoperative bleed- ing of hemorrhoids patients, this study randomly divided 30 cases with bleeding after hemorrhoids opera- tion into three groups,10 cases for each,i.e group A adopted above device linked by drainage bag to stuff into anal canal for managing local bleeding; group B, adopted drainage tube packed by diluted idophor petrolatum gauze to stuff anal canal; group C,only diluted iodophor petrolatum gauze to do so;then postoperative burbulence,dressing oozed by blood, and postoperative rebteeding, as well as patient＇s satis- factory degree were observed and compared among the three groups.As results,in burbulence degree group A and B were lighter than group C（ P〈0.05） ,between group A and group B,A was more lighter（ P 〈0. 05） ;in dressing oozed by blood there was significant difference among group A,B,C（ P 0.05） ,group A was the least,group B was the most;in postoperative rebleeding group A and group B was all superior to C （ P〈0.05）, but between A and B there was no statistical difference（ P〈0.05） ;in patient＇s satisfactory de- gree group A was superior to B and C（ P〈0.05）,but between group B and C there was no statistical difference（ P〈0.05）.Results show that in managing local bleeding using self-designed drainage device to stuff into anal canal is helpful to reduce burbulence,dressing oozed by blood,thus uplift patient＇s satisfacto- ry degree.
