摘　　要：尿道下裂是一种多因素疾病,与环境因素、内分泌因素、染色体异常及基因突变相关。随着工业化的发展,人们接触环境污染物的可能及其频率也明显增加。相关研究发现,外源性的内分泌干扰化学物质和雌激素类化合物、避孕药、辅助生殖技术、饮食、生活方式以及母亲的生活环境皆可能与尿道下裂易感性具有相关性,而环境因素与遗传因素的共同作用与尿道下裂易感性的研究可能会成为研究热点。Hypospadias is a multifactorial disease that is associated with environmental factors,endocrine factors,chromosomal abnormalities and gene mutations.With the development of industrialization,people exposed to environmental pollutants significantly increased.The studies found that contraceptives and assisted reproductive technologies,diet,lifestyle and maternal environment may be related to hypospadias susceptibility.What＇s more,studies on the association between interaction of environmental and genetic factors and hypospadias susceptibility may become a hot topic.
