国内托幼机构工作人员手卫生监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解国内托幼机构工作人员手部卫生的现状,分析存在的问题。方法检索国内关于托幼机构消毒情况的相关报道,汇总文中关于工作人员的手样本检测数量、合格率及检测依据等信息。结果共统计到8个省市涉及10个地区托幼机构工作人员手部检测样本共3 253个,平均合格率72.06%。与同批次其他检测样本比较,工作人员手卫生样本合格率偏低。不同地区监测几乎均依据2002版《消毒技术规范》,7个省市依据各自依据自己省市的关于托幼机构消毒卫生标准,北京市依据的是《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》。结论国内托幼机构工作人员手部卫生检测合格率偏低,除工作人员卫生意识不强、管理措施和卫生设施有待提高等原因外,存在检测依据标准过高,不符合托幼机构工作性质,呼吁引起省市和国家的重视,急需制定切合实际的执行标准。Objective To understand the present situation of the disinfection quality of staff＇s hands in nurseries and kindergartens and analyze the existing problems. Methods The reports about the disinfection quality in domestic nurseries and kindergartens were searched, and the information about the samples of staff＇s hands including the quantities,the qualified rates, the basics,etc. was collected. Results There were 3253 samples of staff＇s hands from 10 districts of 8provinces. The average sampling qualified rate was 72.06%.Among the all test samples of the same batch, the qualified rate of staff＇s hands was the lowest. Technical Standard For Disinfection（2002）was used by almost every district. The test data were on the basis of the hygienic standard for disposable sanitary products GB15979-2002 in Beijing, while in the other seven provinces, the data were on the basis of their own hygienic standards of nurseries and kindergartens. Conclusion The qualified rate of staff＇s hands in the domestic nurseries and kindergartens is low. One of the factors is the ignorance of sanitation and inadequate management measures. The other factorsare that the current test standards are too strict to be suit-able for the nurseries and kindergartens. Therefore, it is suggested that the province and country should formulate a more practical operative standard as early as possible.
