摘　　要：目的检测Cx32和HNF4α在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达变化。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测83例HCC、26例癌旁组织和5例正常肝组织中Cx32和HN F4α的表达情况。结果 Cx32及HN F4α在HCC、癌旁组织及正常肝组织中阳性率分别为27.71%、73.07%、80.00%;49.39%、76.92%、80.00%。正常肝组织与肝癌旁组织差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),正常肝组织及癌旁组织与HCC差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cx32和HNF4α在HCC中的表达与病理分级相关(P均<0.05);Cx32及HNF4α表达均与预后差相关;Cx32与HNF4α在肝癌组织中的表达正相关。结论 Cx32与HNF4α可能参与了肝癌的发生、发展;Cx32与HNF4α表达密切相关。Objective To understand the changes and significance of connexin32 （Cx32） and hepatocyte nuclear factor 4α （HNF4α） expressions in the hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） tissues. Methods The expressions of Cx32 and HNF4α were detected by immunohistochemistry in the resected 83 cases of HCC tissues,26 cases of adjacent tissues, and 5 cases of normal liver tissues. Results The positive expression rates of Cx32 in the HCC tissues,adjacent tissues and nor- mal liver tissues were 27.71%,73.07% and 80% respectively, there was no significant differences between the adjacent and normal liver groups（P〉0.05）, but there wasa significant correlation between the adjacent, normal groups and HCC group（P〈 0.05）. The positive expression rates of HNF4αin 83 cases of HCC tissues,26 cases of adjacent tissues and 5 cases of nor- mal liver tissues were 49.39%,46.92% and 80%, respectively, there was no significant differences between the adjacent and normal groups （-P〉0.05）, but there was a significant correlation between the adjacent, normal groups and HCC group （ P〈 0.05）. The positive rates of Cx32 and HNF4α in the HCC tissues were related with the pathological grade （all P〈0.05）. There was a correlation between the Cx32 and HNF4α expressions and poor prognosis. The expression of Cx32 was positively correlated with HNF4αlevels in the HCC patients. Conclusion Cx32 and HNF4α may be involved in the occur- rence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma; the expression of Cx32 was correlated with that of HNF4α.
