摘  要:以回收利用铝电解槽侧壁余热为目的,提出了一种基于低沸点工质闪蒸循环的侧壁余热发电系统,建立了电解槽侧壁换热体系及有机朗肯循环的热力计算模型,并应用Matlab软件进行编程,对热力系统性能进行了计算分析。For the purpose of recovery and utilization of waste heat from aluminum reduction cell walls, a waste heat power generation system of aluminum reduction cell walls based on the working fluid flash cycle with low boiling point was put forward. The heat transfer system of cell walls and the thermodynamic calculation model of organic Rankine cycle were established. By applying the software Matlab to programming, the thermal performance was calculated and analyzed.
