摘  要:针对带压修井作业时,油管接箍位置准确识别的需求,设计了基于LVDT传感器原理的油管接箍检测装置,在其等效物理模型的基础上,用磁路分析法得到其结构参数与输出信号间的关系。建立了LVDT的等效简化模型,利用Maxwell 2D有限元软件对LVDT模型的输出特性进行了仿真分析,得出了相应的关系曲线,同时对线圈匝数及激励频率等关键参数对输出电压的影响进行了仿真分析。结果表明,LVDT采用非接触式检测方式,可实现较宽范围的油管接箍位置准确检测,与传统方法相比,安装简单、方便,可靠性及效率都得到极大提高。Because of the requirement for accurate identification of the tubing coupling position during the well repair operation under pressure, the detection device based on LVDT sensor was designed. On the basis of the equivalent physical model, the relationship between the structure parameter and the output signal was obtained by the magnetic circuit analysis method. A simplified model of equivalent LVDT was built, the finite element software Maxwell 2D was used to simulate the output characteristics of the LVDT model, the corresponding curves were obtained, and the simulation analysis was conducted on the influence of the key parameters such as the number of turns and incentive frequency with the output voltage. The results showed that LVDT can achieve a wide range of tubing coupling position detection by using non-contact method. Compared with the traditional method, the installation was simple and convenient, and the reliability and efficiency were greatly improved.
