摘　　要：文章在介绍近年来美国皮尤研究中心关于美国图书馆服务问卷调查情况的基础上,剖析了当前美国公众对图书馆的认知、使用和期望等方面的现状,介绍了美国图书馆界应对皮尤调查研究的对策,希望对我国图书馆发展有所启发。This paper introduces surveys on libraries from Pew Research Center in America, analyzes the current public awareness , usage and expectations on libraries, and introduces the countermeasures in America, expecting to inspire the development of libraries in China.
