摘  要:变频调速恒压供水的目的是在保证安全稳定用水的前提下,还能节约用电,避免水资源的浪费.通过分析和比较,确定了系统设计方案.依据系统方案构建硬件,画出了其电气接线详图.绘制了在自动模式下的泵机控制流程,指出了几个关键的控制环节.在MELSOFT环境下编制程序,制作画面,以及触屏仿真.一拖二模式结构简单,容易实现,经测试,系统运行性能良好.The purpose of constant pressure water supply with inverter is to save electricity and avoid the waste of water resources on the premise of security and stability of water supply. Through analysis and comparison, the system design scheme is determined. Hardware electrical wiring is constructed on the basis of system scheme. Pump control process of automatic mode is mapped and several key con-trol links are pointed out. Under the environment of MELSOFT, program is compiled, the picture has been made and touch screen sim-ulation has been realized. The structure of an inverter dragging two pumps is simple and the system implements easily. Through the test, the system performance is good.
