摘　　要：安东尼·吉登斯基于"主体性"思想的哲学本源,先后提出了结构化和现代性社会学理论。将这两条理论运用于政治制度的实践,并结合对福利国家的反思,吉登斯提出了积极社会福利的思想。这一思想的本真含义为人之主体性,其内涵包括主体的反思、能动、平等、目的和责任。中国当下的社会福利已进入纵深发展阶段,需要对现行的福利制度进行全面反思,并参考和借鉴积极社会福利相关理念,具体体现为福利分配的普及式、福利供给的服务式、福利递送的私有化以及资金来源多元化。When describing the framework of the radical political,Giddens reconstruct the traditional social welfare with the Structuration theory and Modernity theory.He put forward the concept of the＂ Positive Social Welfare＂ ,which is beyond the left and right.From the ontological sense, the” positive social welfare＂ means the individual regain the subjective,and getting out of trouble in the way of helping the person be the subject.Giddens understand the subjectivity with the reflection of self-identity and duality of structure.The construction of Chinese social welfare has been to a deep way,which needs to reflect the current welfare model and reference the ideas of positive welfare.The specific content contains universalism in distribution,services in providing,privatization in delivery and pluralism in sources of funding.
