摘 要:新安煤矿综采工作面两巷主要采用12#工钢梯形棚和36U可缩性支架支护,在回采过程中,需提前将两巷支架用圆木替换,由于木梁强度小,经常造成木梁被压裂、压断,给安全生产带来隐患且该支护方法投入材料用量大、回收复用率低,造成材料大量浪费。对新安煤矿综采工作面上下巷超前替棚支护工艺进行了研究,提出两种改革方案,经过技术经济效益比较,确定采用金属铰接顶梁代替原来木梁棚的支护,该支护方式消除了圆木运输、上梁以及受压弯折带来的安全隐患,节省了材料费用,实现了矿井降本增效,保证了安全生产。Thel-beam support with No. 12 steel and 36U shaped shrinkable support are applied respectively in the two side- gate of the working face in Xinan Coal Mine, the support will be replaced with round wood while min-ing. Due to weak in strength, the wood beam break could be seen often. And more, both safety risk and material con-sumption increased. Based on the study of the technology for optimized supporting, the paper puts forward two kinds of improvement schemes. After comparing on technical and economic basis, it is determined that the metal hinged roof beam is used instead of the original wooden beam shed. Hiden safety risks eliminated, material costs saved, both safety and production guaranteed.
