摘 要:为了准确计算煤和泥页岩在容量法等温吸附实验中的吸附量,提高煤和泥页岩吸附能力评价的可靠性,以质量守恒定律为基础,重新推导了自由体积的计算公式,并将其应用于煤和泥页岩的吸附量计算中,定量分析了自由体积对煤和泥页岩等温吸附量的影响。结果表明,依据GB/T 19560—2004得到的实验自由体积比由文章推导公式计算的理论自由体积大,其中煤的实验自由体积比理论自由体积大0.064~0.088cm3,泥页岩的实验自由体积比理论自由体积大0.068~0.079cm3;最大吸附量在理论自由体积条件下比在实验自由体积条件下增加了0.730%~4.194%,对自由体积计算公式进行重新推导具有必要性;理论自由体积与实验自由体积相差越大,对吸附量的影响越大;自由体积对泥页岩吸附量的影响要大于对煤吸附量的影响;吸附能力越强、煤变质程度越高,对吸附量的影响越小。To better calculate the true free volume of the isothermal adsorption experiment and to improve the accuracy of the eval-uation of adsorption capability of coal and shale, the calculation formula of free volume was re-deduced on the basis of the law of conservation of mass. The re-deduced formula was applied to calculate the adsorption content of coal and shale. The effect of free volume on isothermal adsorption content of coal and shale was quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the experimental free volume calculated by GB/T 19560-2004 is larger than the theoretical calculation values derived from the re-deduced formula. The experimental free volume of coal is 0. 064?0. 088 cm3 larger than the theoretical calculation values, and it is 0. 068 ? 0. 079 cm3 larger for shale. The maximum adsorption capacity in the condition of theoretical free volume has increased by 0. 730%?4. 194% over it in the condition of experimental free volume, so it is necessary to re-deduce the free volume calculation formula. The larger the difference between the theoretical free volume and the experimental free volume is, the greater effect on the adsorption capability is. Compared to coal sample, the error of the free volume test has greater influence on shale. The stronger the adsorption capacity, the higher the degree of coal metamorphism, the free volume has a smaller effect on adsorption capacity.
