医院共青团自转与公转联动工作机制的实践与思考

摘　　要：在现今网络高度发展的背景下,医院共青团工作的开展面临着新的机遇与挑战。为了促进我院共青团工作持续、高效、创新发展,通过结构访谈的形式,从团员青年、团干部和医院团委3个视角汇总和分析了我院共青团工作面临的问题与原因,并采用"自转与公转"联动工作模式解决医院共青团工作中出现的问题,取得了一定的成效。认为医院共青团"自转与公转"联动工作机制能够充分发挥团支部的动能,有效促进我院共青团工作的发展。Against the background of highly developed network at present, the work of the hospital＇s Communist Youth League is facing new opportunities and challenges. In a bid to promote the sustainable, highly effective, and innovative development of the work of the hospital＇s Communist Youth League, structured interview was adopted to summarize and analyze the problems, as well as their causes, confronting the work of the hospital＇s Communist Youth League from 3 perspectives, i.e., league member, league cadre, and the Youth League Committee of hospital; in addition, the ＂rotation ＆ revolution＂ joint working pattern was used to solve the problems existing in the work of the hospital＇s Communist Youth League, and certain effect has been obtained. It is thought that the ＂rotation ＆ revolution＂ joint working mechanism of the hospital＇s Communist Youth League can give full play to the kinetic energy of League branch and effectively promote the work of the hospital＇s Communist Youth League.
