摘  要:各种类型的火工装置被广泛应用于航天工程,火工装置点火会对航天器施加爆炸冲击载荷,进而激励起结构的模态响应。为了保证足够的锁紧刚度,星载可展天线往往包含多个锁紧释放装置,锁紧释放装置火工品不同的点火顺序会引起结构不同的冲击响应结果,因此应当对火工品点火策略进行优化以减小冲击载荷对天线的影响。开展了某包含三个火工品的星载可展天线的解锁策略优化,优化结果显示,基于冲击响应分析的解锁策略优化,可以有效减小天线关键部位的加速度冲击响应,冲击环境对天线的潜在危害得到有效控制。该可展开天线已经成功通过飞行验证,证明了基于冲击响应分析的解锁策略是可行有效的。Various types of pyrotechnic devices are widely used in aerospace engineering.The ignition of pyrotechnic devices will induce shock load on aerospace structures,and excite their modal responses.For ensuring sufficient lock stiffness,deployable satellite antennas usually include several HLD(hold and release) mechanisms,different ignition orders of the pyrotechnic devices will cause different shock responses,and therefore optimization should be carried out to reduce the potential damages on antenna structures.A release strategy optimization was conducted on a deployable satellite antenna containing three HLD mechanisms.The optimization results show that the acceleration magnitude of shock response in the key area is reduced sharply,which reveals the destroy possibility introduced by shock environment is effectively controlled.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed release strategy optimization method was validated by flight experiences.
