摘 要:由于风电功率预测具有一定的偏差,在制定日前市场经济调度计划时,需要考虑风电功率不确定性带来的影响。文章通过风速的分布函数、风速和风电功率输出的关系,来测算预测偏差费用,然后结合各发电机的报价参数建立了含风电的日前市场经济调度计划模型,并使用机会约束规划模型来描述系统的约束条件。最后通过具体的算例分析了置信水平、Weibull分布参数和预测偏差费用系数的影响,验证了该模型的可行性。Due to the wind power forecast error, when making day-ahead market economic dispatch, the influences o f wind power uncertainty need to be considered. In the paper, the cost produced by the wind power forecast error is determined by the wind speed distribution function and the relationship between wind speed and wind power output. And then the day-ahead market economic dispatch model with wind power generators combining with the bidding coefficient conventional generators is established. Due to the uncertainty o f the wind power output, the chance-constrained programming is used to express the constraint conditions. Finally a specific case is taken to analyze the influences of the confidence le vel, Weibull distribution parameters and the cost coefficient of the wind power forecast error. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
