左旋甲状腺素片联合参麦注射液治疗甲减性心脏病观察

摘　　要：目的探讨左旋甲状腺素片联合参麦注射液治疗甲状腺功能减退(简称甲减)性心脏病的疗效。方法将收治的78例甲减性心脏病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各39例。两组均使用左旋甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组加用参麦注射液,治疗2个月。比较两组临床疗效、甲状腺素水平、心功能水平以及安全性。结果观察组总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的74.36%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)均较治疗前显著增高,促甲状腺素(TSH)较治疗前显著下降,且以观察组变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。两组治疗后左心室射血分数(LVEF)较治疗前显著上升,左心室收缩末期直径(LVSDD)及左心室舒张末期直径(LVEDD)较治疗前显著下降,且以观察组变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.56%,明显低于对照组的17.95%(P<0.05)。结论左旋甲状腺素钠片联合参麦注射液治疗甲减性心脏病疗效优于左旋甲状腺素钠片单药治疗,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets combined with Shenmai Injection in the treatment of hypothyroid heart disease. Me出ods A total of 78 patients with hypothyroid heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group （n =39, respectively）. The two groups were treated with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenmai Injection for two months. The effects, thyroxine level, heart function level and safety between the two groups were compared.办 suits The overall response rate （ORR） in the observation group was 92.31%, which was much higher than that （74.36%） in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The post-treatment T3, T4, FT3 and FT4 in the two groups increased greatly, while TSH decreased significantly and the decrease in the observation group was more significant （P 〈 0.05）. The post-treatment LVEF in the two groups increased greatly, and the LVSDD and LVEDD decreased significantly and the decrease in the observation group was more significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence （2.56%） of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that （17.95%） in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets combined with Shenmai Injection have better effects and higher safety in the treatment hypothyroid heart disease than Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets only, and are worthy of popularization.「
